This voucher, issued by the Founder Mr. Mike Ananyin, entitles the holder to claim a convertible loan agreement from WeRa Capital Portugal LDA, under the following terms:

1. Voucher Value and Bonus: Vouchers are available in denominations of €20, €50, €100 and €1000. Each voucher guarantees a 100% bonus to its face value upon activation. For instance, a €20 voucher will provide a €40 value in the convertible loan agreement.
2. Convertible Loan Terms: The specific terms and conditions of the convertible loan, including conversion criteria, repayment conditions, and any applicable interest rates, can be obtained online via the contact form. 
3. Eligibility and Restrictions: This voucher is offered as part of the Friends and Family funding round of WeRa Capital Portugal LDA and is available without any specific eligibility restrictions or qualifications under the Portuguese and European law.
4. Claim Process: Voucher holders may activate their voucher and claim the convertible loan either online or in person with the issuer. The process for claiming will require verification of voucher authenticity and may involve additional steps as outlined by the issuer.
5. Validity: This voucher is valid from 25th December 2023 to 3rd December 2024. Vouchers not activated within this validity period will not be eligible for the convertible loan agreement.
6. Issuer and Guarantor: The voucher is issued by the Founder Mr. Mike Ananyin and the convertible loan agreement is guaranteed by WeRa Capital Portugal LDA.
